The Classical List was founded in 2024 to provide the concert goer, occasional or frequent, a means of finding great, local classical music performances to attend. Through hand-picked performance lists as well as concert reviews and previews, we equip listeners with the information they need to participate in and support local music organizations and musicians.

About the Editor:

Zachariah Stoughton is the founder and editor of The Classical List where he spends most of his time, but he can also be found at the piano or organ working as a collaborative musician. He started his writing career covering music in the Dallas-Fort Worth region for TheaterJones in 2014. Prior to that, he taught in the School of Music at Texas Christian University. As a keyboardist, his performances and recordings cover a wide range of genres, from early music to world premieres. He currently serves as organist at St. Mark Catholic Church in Highlands Ranch, CO.
